Coordinate and deliver telecom, security, AV, and DAS across a 972,000 SF design-build living/learning neighborhood with three residence halls plus academic/support program spaces while staying aligned with the project delivery timeline.

  • Delivered a single, coordinated design/build low-voltage scope (telecom, security, AV, DAS) across a multi-building campus neighborhood.
  • Technology scope supported three residence halls housing 2,444 student beds (+11 staff beds).
  • Infrastructure coordinated to serve mixed-use program elements including academic/administrative space and student-facing amenities (e.g., Basic Needs Center, E-Sports, café/market).
  • Aligned with major project milestones: Construction Start June 19, 2023 and Completion November 2025.
  • Enabled campus-ready mobile coverage planning through DAS coordination as part of the overall technology scope (performance metrics not provided).
